All parts of the human experiences are interlinked and one has to strive for holistic wellness, not only mentally but also physically, emotionally, financially, socially, and spiritually in order to heal, manage, and function as close to their optimum as possible.

As we are unique and may experience the same problem in differently, there is no one size fits all approach solutions to any given challenges to the spheres of self.

Which is why my focus is on assisting you as my client by providing you with comprehensive and holistic counselling aimed not at just support, but at giving you the tools needed to help you navigate life challenges, resolve both internal and external conflicts, build better relationships and accomplish your emotional, mental and physical health goals.

What to expect

  • The initial consultation aims at introductions, establishing roles, identifying problem areas and concerns, working together to draw up a plan around sessions, a care plan, as well as termination of therapeutic relationships
  • Unpacking session to identify root issues surrounding the established areas of concern
  • Continuous follow up sessions tracking implementation of established possible solutions, as well as continuous support.

  • Once client is confident enough the relationship will be terminated

*duration of relationship is dependent on the issue, patient effort, and resolution.
